Climbing and filming are my two biggest passions, and putting them together is the coolest thing to me. My dream would be to be filming the best climbers in the world, all over the world. I want to go to Yosemite the Mecca of Rock Climbing and be tied into the magnificent granite wall on El Capitan filming the greatest climbers. (You know the Mac Mountain wallpaper? That's El Cap)
I went up to climb in New York at Harriman State Park, the spot is known as "Powerlines" due to the huge powerlines that run through the area. I had a backpack with all my gear to climb, an iphone gimbal, an Ursa Black Magic camera, with a lens kit, and a tripod, and to get to the actual climbing spot, it's almost a 30 minute hike. I was so tired caring all that equipment but it was so worth it. As soon as we got to the spot, I set up my camera and I was so excited to shoot.
This was the result, check it out!
